Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, please note that we do not issue refunds, or exchanges for any items.
In an unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please feel free to reach out to us via email at [email protected] within 72 hours notifying us of the order number and item(s).

Local Delivery
Orders are processed Mondays – Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2pm WAT are processed and dispatched the same day.
International Delivery
Postage worldwide is calculated by weight. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure Customs Department permits the shipments of our products to your country. If for any reason the package is seized by customs and the package is not returned to us, please note that, a refund would not be issued. If, however, the package is returned to us unopened, a refund will be issued. Also note that shipping fee charged is nonrefundable.
